Favorite things

"Rain drops on roses and whiskers on kittens. Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens. Brown paper packages tied up with strings. These are a few of my favorite things."

What are some of your favorite things.

I was thinking about it earlier and one of mine is getting into a bed with cool sheets and blankets on a warm day.

The smell of smoke coming from chimneys, mingled with dried leaves, on a chilly Autumn evening.

The smell of winter and new books.

The feeling of the soft wool and silk rug under my feet right now.

A passionate kiss under the moon light

Someone holding me while I'm going to sleep.

Purses and bags haha.

This look that Michael gets on his face when he's 'wowed' by me. New hair cut or style. New top. It's the cutest look. I love it.

Snuggling with Michael while he plays with my hair.

Kissing in the rain and not caring about getting wet

Lace, ruffles, and antiques.

Watching people walk through spider webs from a distance, because it looks like they've broken out into interpretational dance.

I'm with you there. We should buy stock! My favorite excuse for eating it: dark chocolate has flavonoids that increase blood circulation to the skin. So, my skin needs it.

Fake eyelashes.

This week a friend said to me: "You're wearing fake eylashes."
Me: "yes?"
Her: "It's a Wednesday... and we're bowling."
Me: "Is that a problem?"
Her: "Well they're glittery..."
Me: "Aaaand?"
Her: "So you wear glitter eyelashes to girl's bowling night out?"
Me: "of course!"
End of conversation.

And laughing out loud at the birthday cards.

The feeling I get when I see halloween shops opening up for the first time around fall. Waiting in anticipation and excitement to go to the renaissance fair.

Oh dear! I did that very recently in the middle of a very crowded shop! Fortunately people tend to look at me as if I'm weird anyway

Haha I dance all the time in inappropriate places. Like at Cold Stone (ice cream store) they were playing an 80's song. I got excited so me and my friends started dancing.
