Oh I hope this is fake, there just can't be any way anyone can be this stupid and function in the world. It completely discounts everything that has ever been anything ever before "newmoon"... EVER... my head hurts, this just cant be real, its funny in a completely sad pathetic way, like watching someone walk into a glass door or be completely oblivious to a mirrior just to later jump when seeing their own reflection...

^^ Yes, definitely. It would not come from a Gothling in the true sense of the word. An attribute of being Goth, I believe, is to be motivated to self-educate. She sounds more like someone caught up in a trend.

I just worry that our culture is so fast-paced that young people don't bother learning any history, even art or literary history. That's what makes me really upset -- there's a wealth of knowledge and apparently little interest. I want to say to them, "So much existed before you did -- find out all you can! And no, there's no app for that!" I know that opinion makes me sound (and feel) ancient.

^^Exactly why I am so fustrated with my generation. They are all so superfisal and dumb! They only think aobut the now and how it will make them look "cooler" for the lack of a better word. and unfortunatly there are people dumb enough to write this letter.
