| That is a really neat idea....some of those dresses are just so pretty! They had to be super creative to that... | |

| Those are amazing! Creative, indeed.
I've made dresses out of "caution" tape and "danger" tape, but just to wear at photo shoots. They don't hold together too well... should have used duct tape!

| That's fabulous! I love that there's a scholarship tie-in. I'm just curious: don't people get sweaty wearing that stuff? Looks like those outfits would feel uncomfortable if worn for a period of time. | |

| I had a friend who knew someone who did that once, she says they weren't to comfortable and though they never mentioned the sweat, I would say thats a yes, considering they are at a prom | |

| Nooooooooooooo! I'm sure that the people making the outfits are creative but, to me, they just look bloody awful. I'd rather splash the cash and get a decent pvc or leather outfit - I would add that I dont have much cash but I am willing to starve for such things | |

| Some friends of mine have done that.
But I gotta respect the small and durable duct tape wallet. My brother and lover each carry a duct tape wallet at all times. Each is epic in its own way.

| This one is a girl I used to babysit and her boyfriend. I am totally convinced I brought her into the goth world. So cute, she's all grown up! I god, if wearing a lined vinyl dress to the club is hell, can you even imagine the sticky, sweaty mess duct tape would be??? | |

I don't think it'd be sticky.. I've made wallets and I've known people who have made clothes out of duct tape. you have to line the inside with a layer of duct tape with sticky sides facing each other.(you can kinda' see it in the pic you posted... with her skirt.). Though, yeah, I bet it's sweaty as hell. |
