Vampire Costume Party!/Contest!

Hi All!

Okay, editing this post.

Being as I have been told that my A Vampire Alone contest is illegal and I don't need the aggravation if it is, I have canceled it.

However, the Vamps Rule contest is still in full swing and is as follows!

For those of you who'd like to win a rare and collectible prize...I'm hosting this new contest until September 18!

Dress in your best Vampire attire, and send the picture to me at murgaine@yahoo.com

I'll have a drawing around September 20 from all the entries and the winner will receive my old banner...that's right, the collectible one with all the previous editions of my book's covers on it!

If you're on MySpace, you can see the banner in my con section of photos. It's huge, around 4 feet by 6.5 feet!

This banner is collectible as I can't use it any longer due to the cover pics on it (all the old editions of my books before they were republished) and I'll autograph it!

The only rules are:

No nudity in the pics. Please...

But hey, I really hate to be the jerk to point this out, but I'm only doing it for your own safety: it is illegal to have a contest in which the contestants *must* purchase something or pay unless you have a lottery license. That's why usually you'll see that companies who do contests say "No Purchase Necessary." That lets them not pay for the lottery license and covers their a$$ from getting a huge fine and/or prison sentence. Just to let you know, don't want our lovely author behind bars!

I know there's a lot of goths in Florida....just maybe not on this board! Boo!
