3 pairs of Showcase Cinema movie tickets.

Just got some great news about a job close to home. The restaurant I used to work for that closed is reopening and they want me to work the soft opening on Friday, serving and bartending I am looking forward to this job again because I made awesome money, had fun, and it doesn't cost anything to drive there. It will be a great way to help me save up money until I can move and the studio gets busier.

House is significantly cleaner which makes me feel healthier.

Got an unexpected check in the mail today from my old job. It was a refund from some health insurance thing. Almost $200!

That's awesome, WIR! I remember you mentioned that they would keep you in mind -- and I'm glad they're 1) reopening and 2) making good on their word!

^^I totally agree! So far my schedule will be Wednesday-Saturday. So technically I have 3 jobs now lol No rest for the wicked.

BEST THING EVER: When the doctor looks at the test results that show your cancer levels and says "...wow..." as if genuinely impressed and confused.

She ordered tons more bloodwork and another ultrasound, just to be sure, but my recovery is "remarkable." She even hugged me. She also congratulated me on not only keeping my hair through all of this, but keeping it pink. It's great that I'm not dying, but she says it's also great that I'm still dyeing

Little nephew dozed in my lap.

The paperwork for her visa was delivered today. Cost me almost $400, but in maybe 6 months we will be together permanently.

Made a $200 bonus at work this week.

Won a Planetside 2 poster signed by the developers, along with 2000 Station Cash for the game. ($20 worth)

Super happy for you Madelchai! It is nice having the security to know you can be with someone you love.

It has been forever since I have visited the forum and I miss you all!

In my absence, I have moved all the way across the country, and have now been happily employed for two years at my current company. Accepted tattoos, piercing, sunshine and all.

I purchased a car within the first year of being here.

Moved into my apartment a year ago yesterday, first time truly being on my own (I don't count last time 'cause I like to pretend it didn't happen).

And now, I am finally going back to school!! I start April 1st.

I finally feel like I have my life together. Hopefully soon I will meet someone to share it with. 'Til then, it is all about me, me, me!

Edit: Also, I am currently dieting and have lost 14lbs!! yay!
