I feel Happy

I've been pretty busy lately. I got a snake this weekend and she is the sweetest thing. Been doing a lot of reading and writing and visiting with a couple friends. Also had to visit my great grandmother in the hospital because she fell and broke her hip, but luckily she is going to be just fine.

Finally got a new chandelier for the dining room this weekend. Took us long enough. Now, if my husband would just call an electrician......

I got my sushi

Getting my story published in Twisted Dreams Magazine! It'll be the first time I have something published.

I'm happy because there was an extra $48 in my paycheck today. They didn't take out for medical and dental (odd number of payweeks this month...or something like that).

I'm happy because I found two really nice frilly ruffly gothy type (yet sophisticated) blouses at Macy's.

I am now officially on a 4 day weekend. Too bad I have to work tomorrow. But I get to sleep in tomorrow. I am going on a sushi date with matt friday. Saturday I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. And sunday I'm going to my brothers house for dinner. It's a long drive but it will be nice to see him and introduce matt to more of the family.

Today was a frakkin gorgeous day. I went for a bike ride & to the gym & enjoyed the sunshine. Twas a beautiful day to feel like crap

Interview rescheduled for Monday. Nerves postponed!

I got a paper today telling me about how much money I'm going to be getting with scholarships and loans. I also sent out my single apartment application today for the on campus appartments. Let's hope I get it and let's hope that there are more scholarships to be found so the loans can go down.

Scrubbing, shaving and lotion-ing have yielded some nice, smooth legs.

And it's payday!

Sushi day. Sushi day. I love eating sushi on date days. Not only that but now my money is usable. I put my government check in so I can pay on tuition and such but when I tried taking money out for gas it was telling me I was over drawn and I didn't have anything in my account. Problem was fixed this morning.

The Easter Bunny was very generous to me in Claire's Accessories today - got new silver sleepers, skull earrings, a choker, purple hair spray and some more bead bracelets. Yay Easter Bunny aka Himself I dont eat chocolate because I have a weird fixation that one bite will make me twenty stones heavier!

We also got a lovely new television - still getting to grips with widescreen and plasma
