Concerts You've Been / Want To Go To / Are Going To..!

YAY!!!!! Plus I've just bought tickets to go and see Disturbed with a mate of mine should be good cannot wait!!

But the first 2 concerts I saw was Status Quo - FOR my Dad (wasnt to my taste but just went for his sake) & Deathstars (what a pile of crap that was, I enjoyed some of the songs they choose but the amount of young kids there just put me off them, then I just realised how rubbsih they are after that. So was a bit of a waste of money but there you go).

So how about you guys?? headbang

I haven't seen any bands in a long time. As much as I would like to go, I never have time.
The last concert i went to was Dream Theater's Chaos in Motion tour.
And it was flipping awesome!!

I've only been to local rock shows, except for my 1st concert in June when I saw MSI and The Birthday Massacre playing. That one put a smile on my face.

I'm seeing the Damned in December but unless somebody decent announces a tour in the near future then it's zilch! tear

I've been to Skinny Puppy, Zombie Girl, Faith And The Muse, Flogging Molly, The Birthday Massacre, Mindless Self Indulgence, and numerous local punk shows. ^_^

I'm going to see Disturbed with a friend. I never miss any of their concerts. ^_^

Voltaire is coming to Calgary soon too.

NIN performed last week and I missed it (even though I had tickets for it).

Mext month, SITD and Imperative Reaction will be here. Definetly going to that one!

I would REALLY love to see live performances from Butengel, Grendel, and Assemblage 23.

I saw Combichrist last year, it was F***ING AWESOME!!!

I saw Kittie and Dope a couple weeks ago and this friday I'm going to see Judas Priest and Heaven and Hell. headbang

My first concert was a few years ago, I saw NIN. They were great.

Really really praying that Mr D manages to get tickets for Nick Cave at Manchester in November. devildance

That would mean Mr Cave on 27th November and the Damned on 5th December. I now have a perfect excuse to splurge and buy great boots and totally unsuitable clothing clap

P.S There was another Punk convention here at Blackpool on the weekend surprised Neal wasnt forcing you to go.

I just don't do all dayers! There's too many people at them, the toilet facilities are dreadful and I would have to wear flat boots.
I cant wear flat boots, people think that I'm a child when I do shock

It was such a nice change to see a crap load of punks than a crap load of chavs!
You dont have to wear flat heels you can wear comfortable high heeled ones that still give you a bit of a lift. Dont get me started on the loo's sick

Punks on the whole are great! I should know, I married one heart

I am going to see MISFITS and EPICA very soon. Really excited. Cool

I just went to the Nine Inch Nails NJ date, feel free to read my "cool thing you've done recently" write up on it. Went to a local punk show the night after.

Three days ago I went to see Dying Fetus and Carcass at the Starland Ballroom, which was an awesome show, brutal crowd.

I've got the Misfits as well coming up, Armin Van Bureen, and...Dinosaur Jr playing soon.

2 MORE WEEKS TILL SITD!! woohoo

I'm seriously contemplating a 15 hour Road Trip to Pontiac, MI, to see The Dresden Dolls live at The Crofoot.
Man, that would be more than worth the 30 hours to/from on the road...

Locally I'm thinking of seeing Papa Roach again and possibly Alanis Morissette.

And if I could just find a means to get to the UK... would LOVE to see Lacuna Coil. ;-;
