I should really find out why I'm getting so many headaches and see my dentist. My tooth is really bothering me. It is sore and feels like it has a lot of pressure on it. Only problem is I really don't have time to see my dentist for a while.

^^ Sounds like an impacted tooth? Is there an un-pulled wisdom tooth that might be pushing on the others?

I know from mutual friends' posts that my ex-boyfriend, the one before I met Gareth, got married today. I'm glad he's happy, and I really do NOT want him back (oh hell no), but I still couldn't work out why it was bothering me. But having thought about it, I think it's because I knew I gave my all and got rejected anyway. I wasn't good enough, at least not to him I guess.

It's not deep or unique, but it's the best epiphany I've got on this.

I hate it when I ask people where I can find a specific item and the answer is always Target. It's almost always stuff that Target doesn't even carry. Why do people around here think Target is the be all and end all of retailers?

Tonight feels like an off night.

After some thought, I think Silent Hill is a good visual metaphor of what depression is like: overcast skies limit light (happiness), fog limits depth (self-perception), derelict buildings falling under pressures of environment (destroyed self-confidence), and desolation of life (loneliness).

I think I'm starting to open up and let go. I saw matt last night. He looks like sh*t. There is a lot I need to let go, but I'm working on it slowly.

Seeing an ex look worse than yourself (especially if they f**ked you over) is always a mood booster.

I think the spiders in my house are having a field day now that the ladybugs have come forth for the season; it's like Endless Shrimp time for them, but instead of shrimp it is ladybugs.

It's amazing how easy it was for me to bring back the fog of self-loathing just by saying, "Fatties [like me] can't get the good guys." Oh dear fog, I have missed you.

Left work early on Friday so I'm not sure if anything was said about work being closed tomorrow because of Frankenstorm. The Mr. says I should call in to find out. However, considering that the entire transit system in NYC has been closed it's a safe bet they won't be expecting any of us to go in. LOL
