^^^You should see it in real life! That thing is 18 feet tall. Also Spooky, it's not my pic. I didn't have my camera on me when I was downtown. That's just one that a local radio station posted online.

Me: Well, there's one good thing about the Eurozone members bending over and taking it because of Spain, Italy, and Greece's financial crisis(es) (<-- what's the plural of crisis?). The Euro has been hanging around 1 euro=75 cents USD. That means I need a whole lot less to do the France program! Including housing, meals, and spending money (not travel money though) I'll only need about $5000 USD for the most expensive one I would go for! If I went for a lower program, it'd be even cheaper!

I just got my final grades for the quarter: I got Bs in both classes! I would have loved to have gotten As, but since I was late with so many assignments and turned in mediocre final papers, I'm actually surprised I didn't get Cs. I have a 3.5 GPA. Yay!

Grad school is no joke, yo. tongue

Holy crap... I think I might actually pass this test and the final.. Looked ahead to what I have yet to study. It's all stuff I vaguely remember from SCC college algebra (was a little shaky on it, but at least it's review and not all new) and then... it's f*ing statistics in the last chapter. Another subject that I've already taken and did okay in the class. It's all review!

...Yet another reason why I'm wondering why I had to take this damn class again. I already know it and it has nothing to do with my majors of German and History..

I might have a way in at the Museum: One of my clients (whose wife really adores me) knows the gallery's closing, called and asked me what I'd like to do next, and mentioned that he has a friend at the Museum, and at another museum in the next city over. I need to email him my resume and a professional bio. And I need to make myself sound like a *really* big deal. So I'm a little scared; I hope something good comes of this.

I weigh myself whenever I go to my best friends house because she has a digital scale.
I went to her house twice in one week. And the first time I weighed myself I lost 3 pounds. the second time I lost another 3 pounds. Even Michael says it looks like my face is getting slimmer.
I hope this keeps up because I've gained alot in the past year or so.

I'm happy because I found somewhere to spend Christmas this year. I usually spend it with my parents, but they're going to spend the next 4 weeks in Puerto Rico and I was really broken up about it. LOL Anywho, I was chatting with my sister-in-law last night who was complaining that my husband and I never visit her and my brother in Connecticut, so I suggested we do Christmas together and she loved the idea.

Finished my best friend's night gown (although I think she'll look like a giant peep in the damn thing, but it was to her specifications), my boyfriend's kindle cover, and other snarky cross stitch for x-mas gifts. Almost halfway done making my x-mas gifts for the year. Very Happy

Tonight I had the best final ever. Why is that you might ask? If you looked closely, all the right answers were a lighter shade of black then the others. Score. Now if only my other finals were like that...

I know the material for these tests, but when everything is crammed into a week with a major test after a major test after a project after a paper after a project, then my brain is a little fried and I have problems spewing the answers for material I know.
