Thanks. The seller accepted our offer. So far so good. All we need to do is get the co-op board's approval and a committment from the bank for the mortgage, and we're set.

Thanks for pointing that out. Good thing I still have it saved in psd formate, that way I can correct the spelling without erasing the whole thing from the image.
