That sucks.

Sorry. Still was a fitting display for the Christmas cheer I've been feeling.

It was fitting for my attitude for the past two days. I've had to work both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day while everything else is closed. Didn't earn crap and the place I work for doesn't do holiday pay.

I don't know what to say.My a**hole brother died last night.He stole from hit and robbed each and every one of us. He was abusive to his parents,leeched off them.Would have sex with anyone for a warm place to sleep.He was the most worthless human being on planet earth.He was a shyster,con artist who was only concerned with having a good time. And now my crazy sister wants us to donate money to bury his worthless a$$. So if I'm not good company,that's probably why. My dad is heartbroken and my mom is fighting with my sister. Roll on 2014.You can't come fast enough.

Sorry about the loss ravengrim! And sorry you have to fork out money for his funeral. Hope things get sorted, bury him ASAP and then you can forget all about it x

Why do I have to manually go through each page on the mobile website?? It's really annoying. Can't we limit the amount of pages to 5, it would make things so much easier... Here is a picture of the mobile version of DR.

I'll poke around the admin panel but honestly I have no clue how to do anything with the mobile version, I'll probably have to use the support forums and hope there's someone that knows something there.

One bad thing about borrowing discs from the library, they're almost always scratched to sh*t.

I really hope this new bed coming in Thursday for my daughter will help her to get a proper sleep during the night. I can't have her waking up 3 times a night, I need to sleep myself!

They are definitely of better quality than the guys I actually attract who are emotionally unstable and have an extensive criminal background--which leads one to conclude that they really aren't all that intelligent if they keep getting caught doing stupid sh*t. Since these are my only options, I'd rather be alone than settle, but dammit, I still wish I didn't give a flying f**k.

God what a bloody evening n day! Taking kids out is a lot of work! Especially with a husband who keeps relying on old memories and traditions we used to do... We can't do that anymore our lives evolve around the kids, I told him this and still doesn't listen. After coming home late we are all tired, the kids are acting up not eating their evening meals, pushing each other, and the tension from the grown ups show aswell especially from me the pregnant lady. I'm knackered, my back is still shot. I'm sick of living with my in-laws, I'm just done for today. Hopefully things will be different tomorrow when everyone has slept. I try so hard to do things right and when they go wrong I always look the fool in front of other people, typical!

How involved is he with the kids? I kind of want to say to just offload the kids with him to look after for an afternoon while you spend some time doing something you would like to do--that way he fully appreciates how much you have to sacrifice in order to have kids--but I remember my sister recounting her friend's ex-husband, with whom she tried that tactic, miserably failed in that the children went hungry and dirty.

So, according to my mother who works in hospital administration, doctors are pushing for people to have a BMI below 20; you have to have a BMI of 17 and below to be considered anorexic. I always knew they wanted us to be closer to anorexic as opposed to overweight (overweight =/= obese) even though there are far more health problems associated with underweight as opposed to overweight (again, overweight does not equal obese).

heaters not heating, scratch that... I can't hear the heater which means heaters not running... this either means it broke or the landlord shut it off, or did something to it so it wont heat in certain temperatures. Considering my landlord runs a heating and cooling company I'll let you guess which one I think it is.

If there is one thing I really hate about fangirls is that they turn the object of their adoration into some kind of fantasy person that just simply does not exist by completely failing to realize that the celebrity in question didn't get to where they are by being themselves. We all wear masks when dealing with the public and the larger the public the more refined our mask must be. You have to pretty much expect that the person who shows themselves to be the most kind, generous, gracious, forgiving, considerate, etc. to actually be the worst person you would ever encounter because that is closer to the reality than what you have fantasized--and the more attractive they are the worse a person they are.

Chemo-induced peripheral neuropathy.  I really, really hope it's temporary.  So far, it's pins/needles in my fingers/toes, with the occasional little shooting pains in my ankles and lower legs.

Also, I miss my hair.  Everything's better with hair.

Now I'll stop b!tch!ing and go back to counting blessings.

I certainly hope as well. I recall my aunt having the same thing when she went through chemo but I think it went away once she went into remission and no longer needed any more chemo.

Thanks Ginger.  My father-in-law dealt with this too, and he's still got some lingering PN, but he went into remission fairly recently (last summer). And of course he's 30+ years older.

The shooting pains have subsided, thank goodness!  Though the effects of chemo are cumulative, they sort of ebb over the 14 days between treatments, so there really are better days and worse days.

I'm out of women's products, my account is over-drawn, and mother nature decided to stop by.
