| Pumpkin Spice creamer in my coffee. Mmmm Also did some shopping today. Still looking for cooler weather clothes-sweaters, etc. that actually fit my style & body type. Been on the search for a decent sweater that doesn't make me look frumpy & some new boots that are a decent price. | |

| I'm in a great mood right now. I was feeling really crappy in class, and then my mood picked up. I went outside and noticed what a perfect day it is. Then I went to go pick up an ice capp and a sandwich. Both tasted amazing.
On my way back to my apartment I noticed a little book shop. I went to check it out because there are a few books that I've been looking for and we don't have a major chain book shop close by. They lady was really nice and I guess she takes cats from the humane sociaty and helps find them places to live. I was talking to her about books and a few magazines. She said she would order what ever I wanted for free and I can just go in there to pick them up. She has a nice little store. It is very homey.

| Did way better on my micro exam then I thought I would. With zero study time due to stress over my mom's hospital spell, I grabbed a 90%. I thought I would get a 70% at the highest!! | |

I'm still on the boot hunt too. And I also could use some cold-weather layering pieces; when I switched my closet over, I put away many more things than I hung up, so I know I need more sweaters. Some boots 1/2 price?I've got my eye on these and these.

| I'm not completely happy, but I feel a lot better.
When I went in to fill out an application at the place my friend told me about, the GM was there and gave me an informal interview. He said he had no issues with hiring me, and set me up with a time to talk with the manager I would be working with for an interview. It's tomorrow night after I get off of work (i'm glad Friday starts the spring break). I don't think she'd have much issue with me either since they need help and one of their supervisors told me to come and apply. |

Some boots 1/2 price? Holy Hell! A pair of boots without a zipper?! Target's site is down, so I can't see these, but I'm really happy if I was able to help you in boot-hunting!

| My old college is looking for volunteers to tutor in their academic resource center. I'm signing up for it, hoping to at least do a little networking with the college staff and administrators. I'd love to get a job there doing pretty much anything. I'm hoping getting involved with tutoring will get my foot in the door. | |

| Yesterday afternoon I was reminded of why I used to love my job so much. Boss had me frame a set of British prints, mildly humorous illustrations about sneaking off with a paramour or getting drunk, things like that. He gave me a little bit of info on the artist, Richard Dagley (c.1765-1841), but so little that I really couldn't make it sound interesting as a bio. So I looked online for more info. I found a name here, confirmation of a death date there. And then HOLY SH** I FOUND HIS OBITUARY. It was written by a friend of his, so the good points were recorded glowingly and the bad points were reported gently. And it was 1841, when writers rambled but in the most dramatic and flowery terms. I struck gold: I had opened a window into the life of someone who was nearly lost to history (well, the modern sense of history), and to my clients -- the only hard part was condensing the info to a single page, to be displayed next to the set of prints. For me, this was exciting stuff. Wish I could do this all the time! | |

| Awesome stuff Red.
I myself am happy about the test I thought I did horribly on, when returned was graded as a 91 out of 100, so woohoo. I still have no idea how I pulled that off.

| Just realised my reading assignment was a lot shorter than I thought it was... I was misreading XIII as VIII. I only have to read to book/chapter 8. |
